摘要
文章结合工程实际,分析了水电站钢岔管焊接过程中产生的焊接残余应力,以及焊接残余应力对钢岔管产生的危害,并根据以往经验,采取爆炸法对钢岔管进行消应处理。从现场采集的消应前后的数据可以看出,焊缝应力明显降低,平均剩余应力低于母材屈服强度的50%。总体来看,焊接残余应力的消除率可达到60%以上,爆炸处理结果可以满足规范和设计使用要求。
This article analyzed the welding residual stress in the welding process of steel branch pipe by combining the practical enginee.And the harm of the welding residual stress to steel branch pipe.based on past experience,eliminating stress of steel branch pipe by explosion method.From the data collected before and after eliminating the stress on the worksite,it can be concluded that the stress of weld seam decreases obviously.The average residual stress is less than 50%of the yield strength of base metal.On the whole,removal rate of welding residual stress can reach more than 60%,The results of explosion treatment can meet the requirements of criterion and design.
