摘要
随着我国城市化的发展进程越来越快,城市的交通运输问题也日趋严重,出现了交通堵塞、行车、乘车困难、大气污染严重等问题。为了实现我国城市的可持续发展,有效解决交通堵塞问题,各个城市都展开了一系列的交通治理,同时提出了要建造方便、快捷、高效的城市轨道交通系统的目标。目前,我国各地省会城市和经济发展较好的城市都在积极开展城市轨道交通的建设,即便是城市轨道交通发展较为迟缓的城市,也结合自身城市发展的规划,积极努力地将城市轨道交通方案纳入城市总体规划并上报国家组织立项审批。但这个改善的过程不是一蹴而就的,所经历的时间很长,因而要重新审查以前所做的工作。文章通过对各项指标的比较发现,各个线路的方案变化很大,期间也得到了很多独特的体会,现在加以整理总结,希望对以后的工作可以有一些建设性的指导作用。
With the increasingly rapid development of urbanization of China,the traffic and transportation problems in cities are becoming more and more serious,resulting in traffic jams,driving difficulties,serious air pollution and other problems.In order to realize the sustainable development of cities in our country and effectively solve the traffic jam problem,each city has launched a series of traffic control and proposed to build a convenient,fast and efficient urban railway transit system.After decades development of cities,China's first-tier cities such as Shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou and Shenzhen have taken the lead position in urban rail transit construction,and most provincial capitals and cities with better economic development are also carrying out the construction of urban rail transit system.Cities with slower development of urban rail transit have also actively incorporated urban rail transit plans into their own urban development plans and submitted them to the National Development and Reform Commission to organize the review and approval of urban railway transit project.However,since the improvement process was not accomplished overnight and took a long time,it is necessary to re-examine the previous work.Through the comparison of various indicators,it is found that the scheme of each line has changed greatly,and many unique experiences have been gained during the process.Now,it is sorted out and summarized,hoping to have some insights and have some constructive guidance for the future work.
