散痛舒分散片治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Santongshu Dispersible Tablets in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨在类风湿性关节炎患者的治疗方面,观察散痛舒分散片治疗带来的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月—2019年5月在该院进行类风湿性关节炎治疗患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各组40例患者。给予两组患者实施不同治疗方法,其中对照组患者给予复方雪莲胶囊治疗,实验组患者给予散痛舒分散片治疗,两组患者在治疗时除了药物治疗方法不同,其他治疗方法、护理、辅助检查等方面均一致。最后比较两组患者实施不同治疗方式后,观察药物在体内停留时间及药物产生不良反应发生情况。结果通过临床数据显示,对两组患者实施不同治疗方式,实验组有效率为92.5%,观察组有效率为70.0%,实验组临床效果明显优于对照组(χ^2=4.147,P<0.05);实验组患者不良发生率为7.5%,对照组患者不良发生率为22.5%,实验组患者的不良发生率明显低于对照组(χ^2=4.134,P<0.05)。结论在类风湿性关节炎治疗上,对患者实施散痛舒分散片治疗,可以明显缩短在体内停留时间,降低药物带来的不良反应,临床效果明显,应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.Two groups of patients were given different treatment methods,in which the control group was treated with Fufang Xuelian Capsule,and the experimental group was treated with Santongshu Dispersible Tablets.The two groups of patients had different treatment methods,other treatment methods,nursing and auxiliary examinations were consistent.Finally,after comparing different treatment methods in the two groups of patients,observe the drug retention time in the body and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.Results The clinical data showed that the effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5% and the effective rate of the observation group was 70.0%.The clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ^2=4.147,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 7.5%,while that in the control group was 22.5%.The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=4.134,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,the treatment of patients with diazepam dispersible tablets can significantly shorten the residence time in the body,reduce the adverse reactions caused by drugs,clinical effects are obvious,and the application value is high.
