眼轮肌瓣折叠与脂肪填充联合应用于上睑凹陷矫正中的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Eye Rotator Cuff Folding and Fat Filling in the Correction of Upper Eyelid Depression

目的探讨眼轮肌瓣折叠与脂肪填充联合应用于上睑凹陷矫正中的效果。方法研究对象来自于2016年2月—2019年2月该院收治的上睑凹陷患者,共计96例。对照组采取常规眼睑肌瓣矫正术,研究组采取眼轮肌瓣折叠与脂肪填充联合矫正术。评价两组患者的治疗效果,以及对于手术外观的满意度。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为95.83%较对照组81.25%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.031,P<0.05)。研究组对手术外观的满意率93.75%较对照组75.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.400,P<0.05)。结论眼轮肌瓣折叠与脂肪填充联合应用于上睑凹陷矫正中具有显著的效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of eye rotator cuff folding and fat filling in the correction of upper eyelid depression.Methods The study subjects were 96 patients with upper eyelid depression admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019.The control group received routine eyelid muscle flap correction,while the study group received eye rotator cuff flap folding and fat filling combined correction.Patients in both groups were evaluated for therapeutic efficacy and satisfaction with surgical appearance.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%higher than that of the control group(81.25%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.031,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 93.75%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.400,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ocular muscle flap folding and fat filling has a significant effect in the correction of Shangyu sag,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
