头孢西丁钠与奥硝唑联用联合艾灸及中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎患者疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Cefoxitin Sodium Combined with Ornidazole Combined with Moxibustion and Traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema on Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探究头孢西丁钠与奥硝唑联用联合艾灸及中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的疗效的影响。方法选取2017年7月-2018年12月入院治疗的患者82例分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行头孢西丁钠与奥硝唑联合治疗,观察组进行头孢西丁钠与奥硝唑联合艾灸及中药保留灌肠,对比两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.68%明显优于对照组78.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.513,P=0.019);观察组患者症状恢复时间,明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.88%,明显少于对照组21.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.145,P=0.024)。结论头孢西丁钠与奥硝唑联合艾灸及中药保留灌肠治疗与单纯药物治疗相比,其治疗效果更好,不良反应发生率更低。

Objective To investigate the effect of cefoxitin sodium combined with ornidazole combined with moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 82 patients admitted to hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with cefoxitin sodium and ornidazole.The observation group was treated with cefoxitin sodium and ornidazole combined with moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,comparing the treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%,which was significantly better than that of the control group 78.05%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.513,P=0.019).The recovery time of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate was 4.88%,which was significantly less than 21.95% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.145,P=0.024).Conclusion The combination of cefoxitin sodium and ornidazole combined with moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema is better than the simple drug treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
