集束化护理对小儿静脉留置针相关并发症的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Cluster Nursing on Complications Related to Venous Indwelling Needle in Children

目的了解集束化护理对小儿静脉留置针相关并发症的影响。方法将该院2018年1—12月的100例静脉留置针留置患儿随机分组,常规护理组对于该院的静脉留置针留置患儿给予一般护理,集束化护理组对于该院的静脉留置针留置患儿开展集束化护理。比较两组家长满意度;静脉留置针留置舒适度、静脉留置针留置患儿的治疗依从性;护理前后疼痛程度、生活质量;静脉留置针相关并发症发生率。结果集束化护理组的家长满意度100.00%高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.745,P<0.05)。护理前两组疼痛程度、生活质量接近,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后集束化护理组疼痛程度、生活质量优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);集束化护理组静脉留置针留置舒适度、静脉留置针留置患儿的治疗依从性(96.24±1.44)分、(96.31±2.74)分优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.463,7.143,P<0.05);集束化护理组静脉留置针相关并发症发生率4.00%少于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.168,P<0.05)。结论静脉留置针留置患儿实施集束化护理效果确切,可有效改善静脉留置针留置患儿的心理状态,改善生活质量,提高舒适度,减少静脉留置针相关并发症发生率,减轻痛苦,提高家长满意度。

Objective To understand the effect of cluster nursing on complications related to venous indwelling needle in children.Methods 100 cases of venous indwelling needles were placed in the hospital from January to December 2018.The patients in the routine nursing group were given general care for the patients with venous indwelling needles in our hospital.The cluster nursing group was for our hospital.The venous indwelling needle is placed in the child to carry out clustering care.The parents'satisfaction was compared between the two groups;the comfort of venous indwelling needles,the compliance of children with venous indwelling needles;the degree of pain before and after treatment,the quality of life;the incidence of complications related to intravenous indwelling needles.Results The parental satisfaction of the cluster nursing group was 100.00% higher than that of the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.184,P<0.05).The degree of pain and quality of life of the two groups before treatment were close,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The degree of pain and quality of life in the clustered nursing group after treatment was better than that of the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Intravenous indwelling needle indwelling care group,venous indwelling needle compliance of the indwelling children was(96.24±1.44)points and(96.31±2.74)points,which was better than the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.463,7.143,P<0.05).The incidence of venous indwelling needles in the cluster nursing group was 4.00%less than the routine care group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.168,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intensive care for children with venous indwelling needles is clear,which can effectively improve the psychological state of children with venous indwelling needles,improve the quality of life,improve comfort,reduce the incidence of complications related to intravenous indwelling needles,relieve pain,and improve parents'satisfaction.
