摘要
目的总结10例系统性红斑狼疮继发肺动脉高压行右心导管检术患者的护理。方法将该科2018年3月—2019年5月收治的10例系统性红斑狼疮继发肺动脉高压行右心导管检查术患者的护理经验进行回顾分析。结果10例患者均好转出院。结论及时、有效、准确的护理方法,强调早期呼吸功能、康复训练,能使患者病情快速缓解,加速康复,改善疾病的预后。
Objective To summarize the nursing care of 10 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus secondary to pulmonary hypertension underwent right heart catheterization.Methods The nursing experience of 10 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus secondary to pulmonary hypertension underwent right heart catheterization in the department from March 2018 to May 2019 was retrospectively analyzed.Results All 10 patients were discharged and discharged.Conclusion Timely,effective and accurate nursing methods,emphasizing early respiratory function and rehabilitation training,can quickly relieve the patient's condition,accelerate recovery and improve the prognosis of the disease.
