天津跨境电子商务发展现状分析及发展路径研究

Status Quo of Tianjin Cross-border E-commerce and Its Development Path

跨境电商的发展速度不仅是区域经济贸易发展水平的重要评价指标,更是该国或地区未来经济发展的重要推动力。天津借助区位优势、产业优势和制度优势走上了跨境电商的快速发展之路。天津在跨境电商总量、产业集群、主体规模和政策体制上有了巨大的进步,但是与其他先进省市相比还有较大的差距。本文在梳理天津跨境电商发展主要问题的基础上,从发展模式、发展路径和配套政策等方面尝试探讨提升天津跨境电商发展速度和质量的思路和对策。

In the context of current world economy, the development speed of cross-border e-commerce has become not only an important evaluation index of the economic and trade level,but also an important driving force for the future economic development of a country or a region.Tianjin has embarked on the road of rapid development in this respect by virtue of the advantages it enjoys in location, industrial structure and institutional construction. However, despite the great progress in terms of total quantity of cross-border e-commerce, industrial clusters, main body scale and policy system, Tianjin still lags far behind other advanced provinces or cities. After sorting out the main problems, this paper discusses how to improve the development speed and quality of cross-border e-commerce in Tianjin from the aspects of development mode, development path and supporting policies.
