隧道内镜技术治疗贲门处黏膜下肿瘤1例报道联合Meta分析

Gastric fundus-cardiac tumor originating from muscularis propria successfully removed by endoscopic submucosal dissection: one case report and systematic review

目的介绍本院治疗贲门处黏膜下肿瘤1例,并系统性评价经内镜黏膜下隧道切除术(STER)治疗贲门处黏膜下肿瘤的安全性、有效性。方法首先介绍本院案例1例,详细说明该案例中手术方式。结合16篇检索文献进行Meta分析。结果成功率合并效应量为0.972(0.947,0.996),即治疗成功率的合并值是97.2%。并发症合并效应值为0.164(0.098,0.229),即并发症构成比的合并值是16.4%。所有文章中所涉及案例均未发生不可能处理的并发症,并在随访过程中未见复发。结论STER治疗贲门黏膜下肿瘤安全有效。

Objective One case of gastric fundus-cardiac tumor removed by submucosal tunnel endoscopic resection(STER)was reported and the literatures for gastric fundus-cardiac tumor removed by STER were reviewed systematically.Methods A systematic search of both English and Chinese databases was performed until Mar.1st,2019.All data analysis were performed by Stata 14.0.Results The combined effect value of success rate was 0.972(0.947,0.996),which the combined value of treatment success rate was 97.2%.The combined effect value of complications was 0.164(0.098,0.229),which the combined value of the complication ratio was 16.4%.All the cases involved in the article had no complications that were impossible to treat and no recurrence was seen during follow-up.Conclusion STER is safe and effective for gastric fundus-cardiac tumor.
