摘要
中共中央办公厅印发了新修订的《党政领导干部考核工作条例》,这为做好新时代干部考核工作提供了基本遵循。但从实际操作过程看,党政领导干部的政绩考核工作仍存在一定短板。这就亟须严格依据《党政领导干部考核工作条例》,借鉴国外干部政绩考核的主要经验,对党政领导干部政绩考核工作短板及时进行路径修补,从而提升党政领导干部政绩考核工作的科学化水平。
The General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a newly revised"Regulations on the Assessment of Party and Government Leading Cadres",which provided basic follow-up for the assessment of cadres in the new era.However,from the actual operation process,there are still some short boards in the performance appraisal work of party and government leading cadres.Therefore,it is urgent to strictly follow the"Regulations on the Assessment of Party and Government Leading Cadres"and draw on the main experience of foreign cadres’performance appraisal to timely repair the short boards of the party and government leading cadres’performance appraisal work,so as to enhance the scientific level of the party and government leading cadres’performance appraisal work.
