青蒿素对心衰兔心功能及窦房结功能的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Artemisinin on Heart Function and Sinoatrial Node Function in Rabbits with Heart Failure

摘要 目的:观察青蒿素对心衰兔心功能及窦房结功能的影响。方法:将30只新西兰大白兔随机分为3组,青蒿素组、模型组和假手术组,每组10只。应用主动脉瓣返流及腹主动脉缩窄法建立心衰模型,青蒿素组给予青蒿素干预4周后,分别行超声心动图及心内电生理记录心功能窦房结功能相关指标。结果:与模型组比较,青蒿素组左室收缩末及舒张末内径和容积缩小,左室射血分数和短轴缩短率升高,心率下降,窦房结传导时间(SACT)缩短(P<0.05),窦房结恢复时间(SNRT)及矫正的SNRT(cSNRT)无差异(P>0.05)。结论:青蒿素能减慢心率,改善心衰兔心功能及窦房结传导功能。 Objective:To observe the effects of Artemisinin on heart function and sinoatrial node function in rabbits with heart failure(HF).Methods:30 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:Artemisinin group,control group and sham-operated group with each 10 rabbits.HF was produced by combined aortic insufficiency and abdominal aortic constriction.The rabbits of Artemisinin group were treated with Artemisinin for 4 weeks,then the heart function and sinoatrial node function were measured with echocardiogram and electrophysiology.Results:Compared with sham-operated group,the LVESD、LVEDD、LVESV、LVEDV of rabbits in Artemisinin group were decreased,the LVEF and LVFS were increased,heart rate and SCAT was decreased.Conclusion:Artemisinin can improve heart function and sinoatrial node function in rabbits with heart failure.
