Cost control of offshore DCM pile construction based on earned value method

海上DCM技术因具有环保、高强、稳定等特点,近年来在国内大型水工工程中得到了推广应用,其施工成本控制问题也成为关注的焦点之一。文章介绍了挣值法的原理、优势和海上DCM桩的施工工艺流程,分析了海上DCM桩施工成本控制的特点和关键指标。以香港机场扩建工程3204标为案例,按照控制指标确定目标成本,应用挣值法对进度和成本进行联合监控,分析了成本超支的原因。提出海上DCM桩施工成本管控措施,为类似工程提供了参考和借鉴。

Offshore DCM technology has been promoted and applied in large-scale marine projects in China in recent years due to its environmental protection, high strength and stability features, and its construction cost control problem has become one of the focuses. The principle and advantages of the earned value method and the construction process of the offshore DCM pile are introduced respectively. The characteristics and the key indicators of the cost control of the offshore DCM pile are analyzed. Taking the contract 3204 of Hongkong Airport Project as an example, the target cost was determined according to the control index, and the earned value method was used to jointly monitor the progress and cost, finally the reasons for the cost overrun were analyzed. The cost control measures for offshore DCM pile construction are proposed to provide reference for similar projects.
