高校电子新闻档案管理模块建设研究

本文以所在单位电子新闻档案管理模块建设为例,就专业档案功能模块建设准备、需求分析、功能设计以及实施和测试阶段的重点工作内容进行了论述,指出系统建设应以资源合理利用、全流程管理、内容安全可控为原则,明确具体开发需求、着力做好归档流程设计及模块试运行工作。

At present,archivists has accumulated some experience in the construction of Archives management system,especially for electronic administrative documents management.However,in the construction of the management module of electronic business Archives,there is still little experience.Taking the construction of electronic news Archives management module as an example,the author discusses the key works of the functional module construction preparation,demand analysis,function design,implementation and testing stage,and points out that the system construction should be based on the principles of rational utilization of resources,whole process management and keep safe.At the same time,we should clarify the specific needs and focus on filing process design and module trial operation.
