摘要
本文以芦笋老茎为原料,采用蒸汽爆破技术进行预处理,然后对芦笋老茎进行超声波、热水提取,以多糖得率为评价指标,通过单因素、正交试验优化生产工艺。结果表明,预处理条件为蒸汽爆破压力1.2 MPa,蒸汽爆破时间230 s,物料粒径1.2 cm,在此条件下,芦笋老茎多糖提取得率为10.63%,蒸汽爆破预处理芦笋老茎的工艺研究为芦笋副产物的综合利用提供了理论依据。
In this paper,the old stem of asparagus was used as raw material,and the old stem of asparagus was subjected to ultrasonic and hot water extraction using steam blasting technology.The polysaccharide yield was an evaluation index,and the process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the steam explosion pressurewas was 1.2 MPa,the steam explosion time was 230 s,and the particle size was 1.2 cm.Under this pretreatment condition,the polysaccharide extraction yield was 10.63%.The research on the process of pretreatment of asparagus waste by steam explosion provided a theoretical basis and reference for the comprehensive utilization of asparagus by-product resources.
