摘要
本文以9种不同产地的新型蔬菜资源金荞为试验材料,研究了产地对金荞叶菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,不同产地金荞的产量和品质存在明显差异,其中贵矮金荞1号的产量最高,黄酮、维生素C和维生素E含量最高,原产四川成都野生金荞的γ-氨基丁酸含量最高,原产云南大理野生金荞的膳食纤维含量最高。因此,在生产上应根据实际需要来选择相应产地的金荞材料。
The yield and quality of Fagopyrum cymosums,a new vegetable resource,were measured from different producing areas.The results showed that,there was a significant difference in the yield and quality of the resources from different origin places.The yield,the content of the flavone,the vitamin C and the vitamin E of GA-1 were the highest.The content ofγ-aminobutyric acid was the highest from Chengdu city,Sichuan province.The content of dietary fiber was the highest from Dali city,Yunnan province.Therefore,the corresponding Fagopyrum cymosums materials should be selected according to the actual needs in production.
