摘要 研究了用玻璃纤维滤筒和异丙醇溶液采集,用氢氧化钠或盐酸、高氯酸钡滴定测定硫酸工业尾气中的硫酸雾质量浓度的方法,对不同的吸收液影响、异丙醇溶液对SO2的吸收率和氧化率、方法的灵敏度和精密度进行了考察。结果表明:滤筒拦截的颗粒物中可溶性硫酸盐含量较高,硫酸雾含量较少,置于冰水浴的异丙醇溶液具有抑制SO2氧化的作用;当吸收液体积为100 mL、取样体积为200 L时,该方法检出限为硫酸雾质量浓度0.4 mg/m3;采用该方法平行测定相对偏差小于30%。该方法可有效减少颗粒物中的硫酸盐和二氧化硫对硫酸工业尾气中硫酸雾质量浓度测定的干扰,为环境监测提供更为科学有效的数据。 The method of collecting the sulphuric acid mist in the off-gas of sulphuric acid industry by glass fiber filter and isopropanol solution,measuring the concentration of sulphuric acid mist by sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid or barium perchlorate titration are studied.The influence of different absorption solutions,the absorption rate and oxidation rate of SO2 by isopropanol solution,the sensitivity and precision of the method are investigated.The results show that the content of soluble sulfate in the particles intercepted by the filter cartridge is higher,the content of sulphuric acid mist is less,and the isopropanol solution in ice water bath can inhibit SO2 oxidation.When the volume of absorption solution is 100 mL and the sampling volume is 200 L,the detection limit of this method is 0.4 mg/m3 sulphuric acid mist mass concentration,and the relative deviation of parallel determination measured by this method is less than 30%.This method can effectively reduce the interference of sulfate and sulphur dioxide in particles on the determination of sulphuric acid mist mass concentration in sulphuric acid industrial off-gas,and provide more scientific and effective datas for environmental monitoring.
