摘要
介绍了威顿(中国)化工有限责任公司采用低温等离子体技术对尾气氨法脱硫后的气体进行除雾"消白"处理的生产实践。对比气体除雾"消白"的多种方法,技术人员采用低温等离子体除雾器对脱硫后气体进行除雾"消白"。处理后,排放气体ρ(SO2)控制在6 mg/m3左右,酸雾(ρ)远低于30 mg/m3排放指标,排放气体透明无拖尾。
Practice of utilizing low temperature plasma technology to eliminate white smoke and remove fog in tail gas of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant in Wylton(China)Chemical Co.,Ltd.by ammonia desulfurization is introduced.Comparing each method of white smoke elimination and fog removal,technical staffs used low-temperature plasma demister to eliminate white smoke and remove fog in tail gas after removal.After disposal,SO2 concentration was controlled to about 6 mg/m3,sulphuric acid mist concentration was far below 30 mg/m3 of emission index,and discharged gas was transparent.
