摘要
介绍了汉中锌业有限责任公司锌冶炼烟气制酸中产生的废酸、废水减排措施、处理工艺及回用情况。通过提高循环酸浓度、实施雨污分流、电除雾器排污改造等措施减少废酸排放,同时将经过沉淀、过滤处理后的废酸用于净化工序补水、混配生产硫酸和焙烧原料增湿,有效回收废酸。各种废水经过沉淀、压滤和过滤分离后用于冷却循环系统补水和焙烧原料增湿,实现了废水资源化利用。技术改造实施后,废酸回收量由月平均236 m^3提高到1159 m^3,废水回用量由月平均6361 m^3提高到13597 m^3,取得显著的经济效益和环境效益。
The waste acid and waste water emission reduction measures,treatment process and reuse in the process of acid production from zinc smelting flue gas of Hanzhong Zinc Industry Co.,Ltd.are introduced.Through improving the concentration of circulating acid,implementing the measures such as rain sewage separation,electric mist eliminator blowdown transformation,the waste acid after sedimentation and filtration treatment is used for water supplement in purification process,mixed production of sulfuric acid and humidification of roasting raw materials,so as to effectively recover the waste acid.After sedimentation,pressure filtration and filtration separation,all kinds of wastewater are used to make up water for cooling circulation system and humidification of roasting raw materials,thus realizing resource utilization of wastewater.After the implementation of the technical transformation,the monthly average recovery amount of waste acid is increased from 236 m3 to 1159 m3,and the monthly average recovery amount of waste water is increased from 6361 m3 to 13597 m3.
