摘要
有色金属冶炼装置熔炼炉出口高温烟气具有温度高、粉尘含量大、烟气成分复杂、含有水分和三氧化硫的特性,常用的高温烟气切换阀容易发生积灰、锈蚀、阀板关闭不严等问题,影响系统安全稳定运行。国投金城冶金有限责任公司针对"三联炉"工艺及烟气收砷的特点,采用电动晶体阀代替电动蝶阀。技术改造后,有效降低阀门的故障率,提高了系统的密封性,减少了系统泄漏造成的低温露点腐蚀,降低了人工清理阀门积灰的工作量。同时解决了烟气互串、漏风的问题,生产稳定性大大增强。
The high-temperature flue gas at the smelting furnace outlet of non-ferrous metal smelting plant has the characteristics of high temperature,large dust content,complex flue gas composition,moisture content and sulfur trioxides.The common high-temperature flue gas switching valve is prone to ash deposition,corrosion,and the valve plate is not closed tightly,which affects the safe and stable operation of the system.SDIC Jincheng Metallurgy Co.,Ltd.adopts electric crystal valve instead of electric butterfly valve according to the characteristics of"triple furnace"process and arsenic collection of flue gas.After the technical transformation,the failure rate of the valve is effectively reduced,the tightness of the system is improved,the low temperature dew point corrosion caused by the leakage of the system is reduced,and the workload of manual cleaning of the valve dust is reduced.At the same time,the problems of flue gas mutual series and air leakage are solved,and the production stability is greatly enhanced.
