MyD88和IL-23在肝囊型包虫病中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:分析髓样分化因子88(MyD88)和IL-23在肝囊型包虫病(CE)组织中的表达,初步探讨MyD88和IL-23在CE中参与免疫逃避的可能机制。方法:收集40例CE组织、CE旁组织及正常人肝组织标本,免疫组织化学法检测MyD88、IL-23在CE、CE旁组织及正常人肝组织的表达,应用Image-Proplus6.0软件半定量分析MyD88、IL-23在不同组织中的表达水平;ELISA法检测CE患者与正常人血清MyD88、IL-23表达水平。结果:MyD88、IL-23在CE组织中的表达高于CE旁组织(P<0.05);CE旁组织高于正常人肝组织(P<0.05)。CE患者血清中MyD88表达低于正常人(P>0.05),IL-23表达低于正常人(P<0.05)。结论:MyD88、IL-23在CE组织中高表达;提示MyD88、IL-23可能参与CE免疫耐受。 Objective:To analyze the expression of MyD88 and IL-23 in lesion,para-lesion in patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis(CE)and normal liver tissues.To investigate the mechanism of MyD88 and il-23 in immune tolerance during CE infection.Methods:The samples of 40 patients with clinically diagnosed CE were collected.The expression of MyD88 and IL-33 in CE lesion,para-lesion and normal hepatic tissue were analyzed by using immunohistochemistry analysis with Image-Proplus6.0 software application and semi-quantitative analysis.Serum expression levels of CE patients and normal people were detected by ELISA.Results:MyD88 and IL-23 expression in CE tissue was lower than that in para-echinococcosis tissue(P<0.05).Para-echinococcosis tissue was lower than normal liver tissue(P<0.05).The expression of MyD88 in serum of CE was lower than normal,but the expression of IL-23 in serum of CE was higher than that of normal people.Conclusion:MyD88 and IL-23 are highly expressed in CE of patients with CE,It suggests that MyD88 and IL-23 may be involved in Immune tolerance during the infection.
