摘要
针对互联电网中风电场广域附加阻尼控制抑制区间低频振荡时的时滞问题,提出一种基于史密斯预估-自抗扰控制(SP-ADRC)的双馈风电场广域附加阻尼控制器。利用渐消记忆递推最小二乘法实现对不确定时滞的实时估计,在此基础上通过Smith预估器降低时滞对电力系统中闭环控制的影响,克服了传统ADRC在时滞系统中控制效果变差的缺陷,并保留了ADRC主动估计和补偿不确定因素的优点。最后以含风电场的新英格兰10机39节点系统为例进行测试,仿真结果表明所提出的广域附加阻尼控制器能够有效地抑制区间低频振荡。
A wide-area additional damping controller for doubly-fed wind farms based on Smith predictor-active disturbance rejection control(SP-ADRC)is proposed to solve the time-delay problem of wide-area additional damping control of wind farms in interconnected power grids.The real-time estimation of uncertain time-delay is realized by using fading memory recursive least squares method.On this basis,the influence of time-delay on closed-loop control in power system is reduced by using Smith predictor.It overcomes the defect that the control effect of traditional ADRC controller becomes worse in time-delay system,and retains the advantages of active estimation and compensation for uncertainties of ADRC.Finally,a new England 10-generator 39-bus system with wind farms is tested.The simulation results show that the proposed wide-area additional damping controller can effectively suppress the low-frequency oscillation.
