中国工业化进程中的产业发展质量测度与评价

Measurement and Evaluation of Industrial Development Quality in the Process of China's Industrialization

研究目标:测度与评价中国工业化进程中的产业发展质量。研究方法:根据新发展理念构建产业发展质量评价指标体系,利用1997~2016年全国和30个省份的工业数据以及35个二位码工业行业数据进行测度。研究发现:随着工业化进程的推进,中国产业发展质量总体上呈平稳上升趋势,产业发展速度总体上呈先上升后下降趋势;产业的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益发展不平衡,产业的技术进步效率和国际竞争力较低;不同区域和不同行业的产业发展质量水平也存在较大差距。研究创新:将产业发展质量与工业化进程相结合,从区域和行业的双重视角考察中国工业化进程中的产业发展质量水平和阶段变动特征。研究价值:明确产业发展质量的内涵,揭示中国工业化进程中产业发展质量的变动趋势,使各地区和各部门在推动高质量发展上有据可依、有标可循。

Research Objectives:To measure and evaluate China's industrial development quality in the process of industrialization.Research Methods:Based on the new development concept to construct the index system of industrial development quality,and using industrial data from 1997 to 2016 across the country and 30 provinces,as well as 35 two-position code industry for measurement.Research Findings:With the advancement of industrialization,the quality of China's industrial development generally shows a steady upward trend,and the speed of industrial development generally increases first and then decreases.The economic,environmental and social benefits of the industry are unevenly developed,and the technological progress efficiency and international competitiveness of the industry are low.There is also a large gap in the quality of industrial development between different regions and industries.Research Innovations:This paper combines the industrial development quality with the process of industrialization,and analyzes the general situation and stage change characteristics of China's industrial development quality in the regional and industrial perspective.Research Value:This paper defines the connotation of industrial development quality,and reveals its changing trend in the process of China's industrialization,which provides a basis for regions and departments to promote high-quality development.
