文化生态学视野下海洋体育文化现状与发展困境研究

Research on the Present Situation and Development Predicament of Marine Sports Culture within the Perspective of Cultural Ecology

通过文献资料法,访问调查法等研究方法,阐述了海洋体育文化概念,调查研究海洋体育文化现状;运用“文化生态学理论”,从物质保障、海洋气候、组织与制度、法制环境、人才培养等角度入手研究海洋体育文化生态发展的困境。结果表明,如火如荼的海洋体育文化活动与海洋体育文化生态发展相差甚远;提出海洋体育文化生态发展要提升思想认识高度;要增加对海洋体育文化生态发展资金投入的力度、要加强管理和保护海洋生态环境、要加强建设海洋体育文化组织、要建设和健全海洋体育文化生态发展的法律制度、要加强海洋体育文化生态发展的人才培养、要加强海洋体育文化生态发展的普及与推广等破解策略,使海洋体育文化生态得到可持续发展。

By the methods of literature study,interview and questionnaire,this paper expounds the concept of marine culture and studies the development status of marine sports culture.Using the theory of"cultural ecology",this paper studies the dilemma of the ecological development of marine sports culture from the perspectives of material security,marine climate,organization and system,legal environment and talent training.The results show that the flourishing marine sports cultural activities are far from the development of marine sports cultural ecology.It puts forward that the development of marine sports culture ecology should raise the level of ideological understanding,increase the marine ecological sports culture development investment dynamics,strengthen the management and protection of marine ecological environment,strengthen the construction of marine sports cultural organization,build and perfect the legal system of ecological development of marine sports culture,strengthen the development of sports cultural ecology of talents cultivation,strengthen the popularization and promotion of marine ecological development of sports culture,which make the marine sport culture ecological sustainable development.
