Application of Classified Evaluation of Pressure Equipment System Based on Safety Management in Chemical Industry Park

通过推行基于安全管理的承压设备系统分级评价,希望解决目前承压类特种设备在安全管理上存在的问题。在一个大型化工园区的应用结果真实反映了目前大多数化工企业特种设备的管理现状,对企业如何展开自查、监管单位如何精准分配人力资源等都有指导意义。

With industrial development,the number of special equipment increases sharply together with that in the number of safety managers,and some managers insufficiently understanding both special equipment and the requirements of regulations concerned may have difficulties in equipment supervision. In this paper,carrying out classified evaluation of pressure equipment based on safety management was expected to solve the problems of safety management. The application results in a large chemical industry park truly reflect the situation of special equipment management in most chemical factories and it has great significance for company’s selfinspection,supervision unit’s allocating human resources accurately.
