β-TCP/CGF复合物促进家兔颌骨缺损修复的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)/浓缩生长因子(concentrated growth factors,CGF)复合物应用于家兔下颌骨局部缺损后对骨组织缺损的修复作用。方法将24只健康雄性家兔双侧下颌角处分别建立直径为5mm圆形骨缺损,骨缺损处充填实验设计的不同生物材料:β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)、浓缩生长因子(CGF)、β-TCP/CGF复合物,空白组骨缺损处不填充任何材料。术后的第4、8、12周行X线片检查、肉眼和脱钙切片观察分析对缺损骨的修复作用。结果β-TCP/CGF复合物组术后12周见连续性高密度新生骨影像,镜下可见大量新骨及新生血管形成;术后第8、12周,β-TCP组新生骨面积百分比均大于空白组(P均<0.05);术后第4、8、12周,CGF组新生骨面积百分比均大于空白组(P均<0.05);术后第4、8、12周,β-TCP/CGF复合物组新生骨面积百分比均大于空白组、β-TCP组和CGF组(P均<0.05)。结论β-TCP、CGF和β-TCP/CGF复合物均可促进新骨形成,β-TCP/CGF复合物成骨效果更显著,并可缩短骨愈合时间。 Objective To study the repairing effect of β-TCP/CGF complex on the local defect of mandible in rabbits. Methods A round bone defect with a diameter of 5 mm was established in the bilateral mandibular angles of 24 healthy male rabbits. The defect was filled with different biomaterials: β-TCP,CGF,β-TCP/CGF complex. The blank group was not filled with any material. At the 4 th,8 th and 12 th week after operation,X-ray examination,naked eye and decalcification sections were observed and analyzed. Results In the β-TCP/CGF complex group,continuous high-density new bone images were seen 12 weeks after operation,and a large number of new bone and new blood vessels were seen under the microscope;in the 8 th and 12 th weeks after operation,the percentage of new bone area in the β-TCP group was higher than that in the blank group(P<0.05);in the 4 th,8 th and 12 th weeks after operation,the percentage of new bone area in the CGF group was higher than that in the blank group(P<0.05);in the 4 th,8 th and 12 th weeks after operation,the percentage of new bone area in the β-TCP/CGF complex was higher than that in the blank group(P<0.05)The percentage of new bone area in group A was higher than that in group B,β-TCP and CGF(P<0.05).Conclusion β-TCP/CGF composite can effectively promote new bone formation and reduce bone healing time.
