脑血流自动调节在脑血管疾病中的研究进展

Research progress of cerebral autoregulation in cerebrovascular diseases

脑血管疾病是神经科最常见疾病之一,同时也是导致患者死亡和残疾的主要原因。脑血管血流动力学改变在脑血管疾病发生和发展中起着重要作用,脑血流自动调节(CA)是大脑不受外周血压的影响根据代谢需要维持脑血流量相对恒定的能力。近年来,越来越多的研究显示:脑血管疾病发生时,CA机能会受到不同程度的损伤,继而增加患者脑血管意外事件的复发风险。本文通过文献回顾,围绕CA机制、CA与脑血管疾病之间的关系、CA及其临床应用等多个方面展开综述,旨在为脑血管疾病研究、临床应用提供新的思路和方向。

Cerebrovascular disease is one of the most common diseases in neurology department,and it is also the leading cause of death and disability.Cerebrovascular hemodynamic changes play an important role in the occurrence and development of cerebrovascular diseases.Cerebral autoregulation(CA)is the ability of cerebral arterioles to maintain the relative constancy of cerebral blood flow in accordance with brain′s metabolic needs,regardless of changes in blood pressure.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that CA is impaired in cerebrovascular disease to some extent,which in turn increases the risk of cerebrovascular recurrence.This article gives review of CA mechanism,the relationship between CA and cerebrovascular disease,CA and clinical application through literature review,aiming to provide new ideas and directions for the research and clinical application of CA in cerebrovascular diseases.
