大数据时代,科学数据蓬勃发展。科学数据的发展离不开良好政策环境的支持。高速发展的科学数据给政策的制定提出了新的任务。本文从贵州在科学数据的现实需求出发,探讨了国内外在科学数据政策方面的变化,根据贵州本省的大数据政策现有体系和存在的问题,提出了完善贵州省科学数据政策体系的建议。科学合理完整有效的科学数据政策体系是保证贵州省科学数据发展的关键,才能更好地促进贵州省科学数据的发展。

In the era of big data,scientific data is booming.The development of scientific data cannot be achieved without the support of a good policy environment.The rapid development of scientific data has given new tasks to policy making.Based on the actual needs of scientific data in Guizhou province,this paper discusses the changes in scientific data policy at home and abroad,and puts forward suggestions to improve the scientific data policy system in Guizhou province according to the existing big data policy system and existing problems in Guizhou province.Scientific,reasonable,complete and effective scientific data policy system is the key to ensure the development of scientific data in Guizhou province.
