摘要
针对企业人力资源评价难、不确定性因素众多等问题,文中提出了一种基于FAHP和EVIKOR的混合评价方法。首先,利用语言变量对评价指标进行描述,基于偏好信息的互补性对评价矩阵进行补全,并利用FAHP对指标进行赋权操作;其次,采用区间数对待评价个体进行衡量。结合指标权重,采用EVIKOR方法对个体展开评估,获取个体的优劣排序;最后,通过一个示例验证方法的有效性,可为企业人力资源管理提供决策支持。
Aiming at the difficulties and uncertainties in enterprise human resource evaluation,this paper presents a hybrid evaluation method based on FAHP and EVIKOR.First of all,we use linguistic variables to describe the evaluation indicators,complement the evaluation matrix based on the complementarity of preference information,and FAHP is used to assign weights to these criteria based on the reciprocity property of preference relations;secondly,we use interval numbers to measure the evaluation individuals.Combined with the index weight,EVIKOR method is used to evaluate the individual and get the ranking of the advantages and disadvantages of the individual.Finally,an example is used to verify the ef-fectiveness of the method,which can provide decision support for enterprise human resource management.
