通用变频器在工业设备应用中的问题及对策

Problems and Solutions of General Inverter in Industrial Equipment Application

变频器在工业生产中的应用十分广泛。不仅为工业生产的正常运转提供了有效保障,同时在节能方面也有很大的成效。目前我国通用变频器工业技术已经取得了很大的突破,极大地提高了工业生产自动化程度。但是,不同产业对于变频器的应用和需求也不同,引起的问题也比较突出。本文对通用变频器在工业设备应用中的问题进行分析,并提出了一些相关的解决对策。

Frequency converter is widely used in industrial production.It not only provides an effective guarantee for the normal operation of industrial production,but also has a great effect on energy saving.At present,China’s general frequency converter industry technology has made great breakthroughs,greatly improving the degree of industrial production automation.However,the application and demand of frequency converters in different industries are also different,and the problems caused are more prominent.This paper analyzes the problems in the application of general inverter in industrial equipment,and puts forward some relevant solutions.
