Analysis on the Whole Process Control of Electronic Transfer

电子化移交是电力企业落实信息化全面建设发展战略的重要表现,是实现企业营配数字化、信息化、规范化、系统化管理的重要手段。在提升企业信息资源共享水平,提高企业营配管理质量上发挥着至关重要的作用。基于此,本文以电子化移交为研究对象,以提升电子化移交有效性为目标,就电子化移交全程管控进行了简要分析。意在明确全程管控重要性,通过管理强化,促进电子化移交工作能力与水平的提升。

Electronic transfer is an important manifestation of the implementation of the overall construction and development strategy of informatization in power enterprises,and an important means to realize the digitalization,informatization,standardization and systematic management of business distribution.It plays an important role in improving the level of information resource sharing and the quality of business distribution management.Based on this,this paper takes the electronic transfer as the research object,aiming at improving the effectiveness of electronic transfer,and makes a brief analysis on the whole process control of electronic transfer.It is intended to clarify the importance of the whole process management and control,and promote the improvement of the ability and level of electronic transfer through management strengthening.
