摘要
高职院校专业内涵建设决定着人才培养的水平和质量,影响着学生就业竞争力和可持续发展能力,关系到学校的办学成败,更与国家经济的转型升级息息相关。本文以建筑智能化工程技术专业电梯教学为例,剖析专业教学特别是电梯部分面临的痛点,提出在赛教融合、虚实并举且以学生为中心的教学体系,以推进专业内涵建设,为本地区培养优秀的高级技术技能人才。
The professional connotation construction of higher vocational colleges determines the level and quality of talent cultivation,affects students’employment competitiveness and sustainable development ability,and is related to the success or failure of school running,and is closely related to the transformation and upgrading of national economy.Taking the elevator teaching of building intelligent engineering technology as an example,this paper analyzes the pain points faced by professional teaching,especially the elevator part,and proposes a teaching system that combines competition and education,virtual and real and student-centered,promotes professional connotation construction,and cultivates excellent high-level technical talents for the region.
