急性冠脉综合征患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平的临床意义

摘要 目的探究血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平在急性冠脉综合征患者中的临床意义。方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月本院收治的90例急性冠脉综合征患者作为本次研究的对象,根据患者临床诊断结果进行分组,包括不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UAP)组47例和急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)组43例。选取同期于本院体检健康者50例纳入对照组。采用循环酶法测定研究对象血清Hcy水平并进行组间对比与分析。结果各组间血清Hcy水平相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AMI组、UAP组的血清Hcy水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且AMI组血清Hcy水平显著高于UAP(P<0.05),上述差异均有统计学意义。不同病变支数患者间血清Hcy水平相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且病变血管支数越多,患者血清Hcy水平越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性冠脉综合征患者血清Hcy水平明显高于正常健康者,并且与患者病症类型、病变血管支数密切相关,能够用于急性冠脉综合征的临床诊断与鉴别。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum homocysteine(Hcy)levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods 90 patients with acute coronary syndrome in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study and were grouped according to the clinical diagnosis results,including 47 cases of unstable angina pectoris(unstable angina pectoris,UAP)and acute myocardial infarction(acute myocardial infarction,AMI).43 cases.50 healthy persons who were examined in our hospital during the same period were included in the control group.The serum Hcy levels of the subjects were measured by cyclic enzymatic method and compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results the serum levels of Hcy were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the serum Hcy levels in group AMI and UAP were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the serum Hcy level in AMI group was significantly higher than UAP(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.The difference of serum Hcy level was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the more the number of vascular branches of the lesion,the higher the serum Hcy level,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the level of serum Hcy in patients with acute coronary syndrome is significantly higher than that of normal health,and it is closely related to the type of disease and the number of vascular branches of the patients.It can be used for the diagnosis and identification of acute coronary syndrome.
