妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血小板5项参数变化分析

The Changes of Five Platelet Parameters in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇的血小板5项参数变化,探讨其在GDM早期预测和疾病监测中的作用和意义。方法收集GDM孕妇(GDM组,40例)和正常妊娠孕妇(对照组,253例)的孕周、年龄、血小板五项参数等资料,采用t检验、卡方检验等方法进行统计分析。结果孕中期GDM组较对照组的PDW降低、PCT升高;孕晚期GDM组较对照组的PDW、MPV、P-LCR升高,PCT降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic多元回归分析显示年龄、孕晚期PDW是GDM发病的相关因素。结论血小板参数检测对GDM的预测及早期诊疗有重要意义。

Objective To analyse the change of five platelet parameters and investigate the clinical significance of them in early diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Collect 40 pregnancies with gestational diabetes and 253 normal pregnancies.Analyse pregnancies between November 2017 and December 2018 at Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center with T test,Chi-Square.Results The PDW is lower and the PCT is higher in GDM than they are in normal pregnancies in the second-trimester.The PDW,MPV and P-LCR is high and the PCT is lower in GDM than they are in normal pregnancies in the third-trimester.In Logistic multivariate analysis,Age and the PDW in the third-trimester are risk factors to GDM.Conclusion The five platelet parameters are effective for prevention,early diagnosis and treatment of GDM.
