大肠息肉与ABO血型分布相关性研究

Correlation study on Colorectal Polyps and ABO blood type

目的初探大肠息肉与ABO血型分布的相关性。方法回顾分析本院2014年1月至2019年5月住院患者中221例大肠息肉患者血型分布,同时期住院患者中电子肠镜检查未见任何异常的165例为对照组。将大肠息肉患者的血型分布情况与电子肠镜未见任何异常患者的血型分布进行比较。结果221例大肠息肉患者血型分布为A型59例(26.7%),AB型16例(7.24%),B型93例(42.08%),O型53例(23.98%)。大肠息肉患者ABO血型分布情况与对照组人群比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.986,P<0.05)。大肠息肉患者中B型血的数量明显多于对照组的占有比例。结论大肠息肉与ABO血型有一定相关性,其中B型血的发病率相对较高。

Objective To explore the correlation between colorectal polyps and ABO blood type distribution.Methods The blood type distribution of 221 patients with colorectal polyps in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2019 was analyzed.165 patients with colorectal polyps in the same period without any abnormalities in enteroscopy were taken as the control group.The blood type distribution of patients with colorectal polyps was compared with that of patients without abnormal colonoscopy.Results The blood type distribution of 221 patients with colorectal polyps was type A in 59 cases(26.7%),type AB in 16 cases(7.24%),type B in 93 cases(42.08%)and type O in 53 cases(23.98%).The difference on ABO blood type distribution in patients with colorectal polyps was compared with that in control group has statistical sense(χ2=16.986,P<0.05).The number of type B blood in patients with colorectal polyps was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Colorectal polyps are correlated with ABO blood type,and the incidence of B blood type is relatively high.
