快速康复外科护理对跟骨骨折患者围术期疼痛的干预效果

Effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on perioperative pain in patients with calcaneal fractures

目的总结并归纳快速康复外科护理对跟骨骨折患者围术期疼痛的干预效果。方法本文挑选本院74例行手术治疗的跟骨骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和分析组各37例。对照组围术期行常规护理,分析组在其基础上行快速康复外科护理。比较两组围术期指标,包括焦虑情况和疼痛情况。结果护理前,两组SAS、VAS评分比较,组间展示为P>0.05,可比;护理后(术前及术后),行快速康复外科护理的分析组患者SAS、VAS评分均远低于对照组,组间展示为P<0.05,两组存在分析意义。结论在行手术治疗的跟骨骨折患者围术期的护理中,采用快速康复外科护理可降低患者术前焦虑,缓解患者护理期间的疼痛情况,具有较好的效果。

Objective To summarize the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on perioperative pain in patients with calcaneal fractures.Methods This paper selected 74 patients with calcaneal fractures treated by operation in our hospital and divided them into 37 cases according to the random number table method.The control group performed routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the analysis group performed rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the basis of the group.Two groups of perioperative indicators were compared,including anxiety and pain.Results Before nursing,the SAS and VAS scores of the two groups were compared,and P&gt was displayed between the groups.0.05,comparable;After care(before and after surgery),patients with SAS and VAS scores in the analysis group of rapid rehabilitation surgical care were far lower than those in the control group,and P&lt was displayed between the groups.0.05,the two groups have analytical significance.Conclusion in the perioperative nursing of patients with calcaneal fractures treated with surgical treatment,the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can reduce the anxiety of patients before surgery and relieve the pain situation during nursing,which has a good effect.
