高危妊娠孕妇产前护理需求与护理干预效果观察

Observation on Antenatal Care Needs and Nursing Intervention Effect of High-Risk Pregnancy Pregnant Women

目的观察高危妊娠孕妇产前护理需求与护理干预效果。方法选择本院高危妊娠产妇作为探究对象(例数:100例;护理时间:2017年12月至2018年12月),实施信封方式随机分组,给予对照组孕妇常规产前护理,实验组孕妇联合护理干预措施,比较2组孕妇的护理效果和满意度。结果实验组高危孕妇的护理疗效为96.00%,满意度是100.00%,血糖水平较低,均优于对照组的指标,比较差异显著,P<0.05。结论对高危妊娠孕妇实施产前护理措施联合护理干预能够提高孕妇满意度,提高护理效果,值得在临床应用。

Objective To observe the prenatal care needs and nursing intervention effect of high-risk pregnant women.Methods To select high-risk pregnant women in our hospital(Example:100 cases;Nursing time:December 2017-December 2018).Envelope method was randomly grouped and routine prenatal care was given to pregnant women in the control group.In the experimental group,pregnant women′s joint care interventions were compared.The results and satisfaction of pregnant women in the two groups were compared.Results The nursing effect of the high-risk pregnant women in the experimental group was 96.00%,the satisfaction was 100.00%,and the blood glucose level was lower,which was better than the control group.The difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion the implementation of prenatal care intervention for high-risk pregnant women can improve the satisfaction of pregnant women and improve the effect of nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
