摘要
目的研究案例教学法在肿瘤内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年1月期间在本院进行实习的80例专科学生纳入研究,按照随机数字表法的方式将其区分成研究组和参照组,每组各40例,参照组接受传统教学,研究组则接受案例教学法进行学习,对比两组学生学习后的理论、操作技能评分以及学习收获自评情况。结果结果显示研究组学生学习后期理论知识、操作技能评分均显著高于参照组,数据对比为P<0.05;研究组学生的问题解决能力、基础实验操作能力、理论知识掌握能力、学习兴趣及主动性和自学及组织能力提高的情况均优于参照组,差异也存在统计学意义。结论将案例教学法应用于肿瘤内科带教中,对于提高学生解决、分析问题的能力具有显著作用,同时也能够明显提高学生的操作技巧,因而该种教学法具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To study the application effect of case teaching method in tumour nursing teaching.Methods 80 students who had been interned in our college from January 2018 to January 2019 were included in the study and divided into study groups and reference groups according to the random number table method.Each group had 40 cases.The reference group received traditional teaching.The research group accepted the case teaching method to study.The theoretical,operational skill score and the self-assessment of learning were compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the theoretical knowledge and operational skills were significantly higher than those of the reference group.The problem solving ability,basic experiment operation ability,theoretical knowledge mastery,learning interest and initiative and self-study and organization ability of the students in the research group were all better than those of the reference group,and the differences also had statistical significance.Conclusion the application of the case teaching method in the teaching of oncology surgery plays a significant role in improving students′ability to solve and analyze problems,and can also significantly improve students′operating skills.Therefore,this teaching method has a higher application value.
