摘要
目的探讨胚胎停育与甲状腺功能异常之间的相关性。方法选取2017年6月至2018年12月胚胎停育患者108例作为对象,设为观察组;选择同期正常早期妊娠女性70例,设为对照组。采用化学发光法检测两组三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)水平,比较分析二组早期妊娠患者的甲状腺功能与胚胎停育的关系。结果观察组与对照组FT4水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组甲状腺功能指标FT3、TSH、TPOAb、TgAb水平,均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胚胎停育患者TGAb阳性率、TPOAb阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。分析结果表明:胚胎发育与甲状腺功能指标FT3、TSH、TPOAb、TgAb水平均呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论胚胎停育与甲状腺功能异常存在一定的相关性,甲状腺功能异常可能会增加胚胎停育的发生率。
Objective The study aims to investigate the correlation between embryonic cessation and thyroid dysfunction.Methods A total of 108 patients with embryonic cessation from June 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled as the observation group.Seventy-seven normal pregnant women were selected as the control group.According to the chemiluminescence detection method,free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),and thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb)levels in the two groups were determinedin order to analyze the relationship between thyroid dysfunction and embryonic cessation in two groups of early pregnancy patients.Results There was no significant difference in FT4 levels between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).However,the levels of thyroid function indexes(FT3,TSH,TPOAb and TgAb)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of TGAb and TPOAbin the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that there was a positive correlation between embryonic cessation and 4 thyroid function indexes(FT3,TSH,TPOAb and TgAb)(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between embryonic cessation and thyroid dysfunction.Thyroid dysfunction may increase the incidence of embryonic cessation.
