早期自然流产遗传学分析中BoBs分子诊断技术的应用及其临床意义研究进展

摘要 早期自然流产是目前妇产科较为常见的一种并发症,其主要原因在于染色体异常,有数据显示[1],80%的自然流产均为染色体异常导致。羊水、绒毛等作为胚胎发育的附属物质,广泛用于胚胎遗传学中染色体DNA检测中。G显带核型分析方法是目前公认的检测染色体的金标准,但由于检测周期较长,对操作人员的技术要求较高,需要进行细胞培养,不适应目前产科的发展趋势。FISH、QF-PCR、MLPA以及Array CGH等快速诊断技术被研发出来,但由于检测范围限制,难以检测非整倍体染色体以外的异常,且容易检测到未知性的染色体,加大了进一步研究的成本。BoBs分子诊断技术弥补上述技术的不足,快速高效的检测样本,检出率高,无需进行细胞培养,且检测结果的准确度精准,是目前临床上使用量最高的一种诊断方法。
