活化凝血检测试剂盒(凝固法)临床试验分析报告

摘要 目的评价深圳麦科田生物医疗技术有限公司生产的活化凝血检测试剂盒(凝固法)用于人凝血系统功能的检测时,其检测能力与已上市的同类产品的一致性。方法两中心、同步盲法测试、方法学对比设计。结果考核试剂检测结果没有偏离参比试剂,其检测能力与已上市的同类产品一致,考核试剂符合体外诊断试剂临床试验技术指导原则要求。对试验结果进行Kappa值计算:Kappa值为0.979,P<0.0001(双侧),Kappa≥0.75,考核试剂和参比试剂检测结果高度一致,P值≤0.01所检验的差别有统计意义,一致性良好。结论本次临床试验通过方法学比对,对考核试剂与参比试剂的检测一致性、诊断符合率、Kappa值做了充分的分析,均满足临床评价的标准,验证了考核试剂检测能力与已上市的同类产品无差异。
