摘要 为解决大庆原油由于流动性差而制约原油的开采与输送的问题,以甲基丙烯酸(MA)、混醇[n(C16醇)∶n(C18醇)=7∶3]、苯乙烯(ST)、富马酸(FA)为原料,合成一种新型大庆原油降黏剂.研究单体物质的量的比、催化剂用量、引发剂用量、甲苯用量对所制备目标产物降黏性能的影响,得到最优制备条件:n(甲基丙烯酸混合醇酯)∶n(ST)∶n(FA)=5∶2∶2,催化剂用量为酸醇质量和的1.4%,甲苯用量为酸醇质量和的40%,引发剂用量为4种单体质量和的1.4%.红外光谱(IR)分析表明:所合成产物的官能团结构与目标产物一致,制备的新型降黏剂对大庆原油的降黏率为67.29%. In order to solve the problem of crude oil exploitation and transportation due to poor fluidity of Daqing crude oil,a new viscosity reducer for Daqing crude oil was synthesized by using methacrylic acid(MA),mixed alcohols(molar ratio:C16 alcohol:C18 alcohol=7∶3),styrene(ST)and fumaric acid(FA)as raw materials.The effects of the ratio of monomer,the amount of catalyst,initiator and toluene on the viscosity reduction of the target product were studied.The optimal preparation conditions were obtained:n(MAC)∶n(ST)∶n(FA)=5∶2∶2;w(catalyst content)=1.4%;w(initiator content)=1.4%;w(methylbenzene content)=40%.The structures of Daqing crude oil viscosity reducer was speculated by IR and the results were consistent with the desired product we want.The performance of Daqing crude oil viscosity reducer was tested based on the relevant measurement standards,and the results showed that the ratio of viscosity reducing could up to 67.29%.
