杨巍教授治疗功能性肛门直肠痛临证经验探析

Professor Yang Wei′s experience in the treatment of functional anorectal pain

功能性肛门直肠痛是一组发生在肛门和/或直肠的非器质性的特发性疼痛,临床日趋多见,其病因、病位不明确,体征不明显,治疗棘手。杨巍教授通过长期临床实践,在中医整体观的指导下,以“不通则痛”“不荣则痛”为病机,以益气活血、行气止痛为治则制订肛痛方,兼以疏肝养心、调理冲任加减用药,充分发挥中医药特色,获得临床疗效。本文对上述经验进行具体阐述,并举案三则。

Functional anorectal pain is a group of non organic idiopathic pain that occurs in the anus and/or rectum.It is more and more common in clinic.Its etiology,disease location are not clear,physical signs are not obvious,and treatment is difficult.Through long-term clinical practice,under the guidance of the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,professor Yang Wei formulates the anal pain prescription with the pathogenesis of“impassability leads to pain”and“non prosperity leads to pain”,with the treatment of invigorating qi,activating blood circulation and promoting qi to relieve pain as the treatment principle,and with the treatment of smoothing the liver,nourishing the heart,regulating Chong Ren,adding and subtracting drugs,giving full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,obtaining clinical curative effect.This paper expounds the above experience and raises three cases.
