小儿哮喘湿邪辨治古今探微

Ancient and modern research of dampness and asthma in children

通过对相关古代文献的分析,总结湿邪在小儿哮喘发病的作用机制,概述古代、近现代从湿论治哮喘的方法及方药特点。感触湿邪是小儿哮喘发病的重要原因之一,基于儿童肺脾肾不足的生理特点,湿邪阻滞气机可致痰浊、气虚、阴虚、痰瘀等,其中痰瘀等病理产物可进一步阻碍气机与津液输布,加重哮喘的临床发作。结合湿邪的性质与儿童的生理特点,治疗上常用化痰止咳平喘药、利湿药、健脾益肺补肾药,以求标本兼治。

Based on the analysis of relevant ancient literatures, this paper mainly summarizes the mechanism of dampness in the pathogenesis of pediatric asthma, and the ancient and modern treatment characteristics for asthma based on dampness. Exogenous dampness evil is one of the important causes of pediatric asthma. Based on the physiological characteristics of lung, spleen and kidney insufficiency in children, exogenous dampness evil is easy to cause phlegm turbidity, qi deficiency, yin deficiency, phlegm-stasis, and so on. Pathological products such as phlegm-stasis can further inhibition qi activity and the process of body fluid metabolism, which will aggravating the clinical seizures of asthma. According the nature of dampness and physiological characteristics of children, we commonly used the medicine with curative effective of resolving phlegm, relieving cough, removing dampness, invigorating spleen, benefiting lung,and tonifying kidney, which can achieve treating both root causes and symptoms.
