基于内生发展理论的乡村文化创意产业价值链构建及开发——以浙东Y市漩门湾创意农业园为例

The Construction and Development of Rural Cultural and Innovative Industry Based on Theory of Endogenous Growth: Taking Xuanmenwan Agriculture Zone in Y City in Eastern Zhejiang as an Example

以文化创意产业挖掘整合农村乡土传统资源,培育农村现代化产业价值空间,是转变农村经济结构、实现农村善治的有力抓手和保障。文章以Y市漩门湾创意农业园为研究个案,从内生发展理论的视角阐述了该创意产业园将传统文化、农业技术、农副产品和农耕活动以及各方参与主体有机结合的具体做法,分析了其所形成的产业价值链中内生发展单元与肌理的良性互动,并针对不足之处提出了进一步合理开发和完善的建议。

The development and integration of traditional rural resources,the cultivation of industry value space in rural modernization based on cultural and creative industries are powerful grippers and safeguards for the transformation of rural economic structure and realization of good governance in rural areas.Taking Xuanmenwan agriculture zone in Y City as an example,this paper examines how this rural cultural and creative industry zone integrates traditional culture,agricultural technologies,agricultural by-products,agricultural activities and practical evolvements from the perspective of the theory of endogenous growth,gives insights into how the units and textures in endogenous growth positively interact with each other in the developed industry value chains and proposes suggestions about further reasonable development and improvement with regards to the existing deficiencies.
