摘要 为基层培养数量充足、知识全面、业务素质较高的助理全科医生是高职医类院校或专业的重要任务。湖北职业技术学院在助理全科医生人才培养中,创新性构建基于医教协同的“5模块、5循环、5能力”“3+2”助理全科医生人才培养模式,推动基础与临床融合、临床与预防融合,并借助助理全科医生培训基地强化助理全科医生的培训工作,取得了较好的成效。 It proves to be an important task to cultivate sufficient general practice assistant doctors with comprehensive knowledge and high professional quality for grass-root units.In the talent cultivation of general practice assistant doctors,Hubei Polytechnic Institute has innovatively constructed a 3+2 talent cultivation mode of general practice assistant doctors who undertake 5 modules,5 circulations and 5 competencies based on hospital-school collaboration so as to promote the integration of foundation and clinic and the integration of clinic and prevention.In addition,it has strengthened the training of general practice assistant doctors with the help of the training base and achieved beneficial effects.
