摘要
工匠精神融入高职教师专业发展,既是推动高职教师自我成长的内在逻辑,也是建设高水平高职院校的重要保障和培育高技能人才的时代诉求。工匠精神融入高职教师专业发展目前面临人才观念功利化、校企合作流于形式、保障机制缺乏等困境。为此,必须提升工匠精神在全社会的价值认可度,构建工匠精神融入高职教师专业发展的平台,建立和完善保障体系。
The integration of craftsman spirit into professional development of vocational college teachers is not only the internal logic to promote their self-growth,but also important guarantee for the construction of high-level higher vocational colleges and the demand of the times to cultivate high-skilled talents.However,the present integration of craftsman spirit into the professional development of vocational college teachers is confronted with such difficulties as utilitarianism of talent concept,formalism of school-enterprise cooperation and lack of guarantee mechanism,etc.Hence in order to integrate the craftsman spirit into the professional development of higher vocational teachers,it is vital to enhance the value recognition of craftsman spirit in the whole society,establish a platform for integrating craftsman spirit into the professional development of higher vocational college teachers as well as a perfect guarantee system.
