运用“雨课堂+”保障临床医学专业实习质量路径探究

Exploration on Application of “Rain Classroom” to Guarantee the Quality of Clinical Internship

在临床医学专业毕业实习中,目前学校管理还存在盲区。运用“雨课堂+”进行实习教学管理,将各临床科室实习学生划归到相应教学班;校内各班实习指导教师利用“雨课堂”教学软件指导学生各科实习,开展病例讨论、实习交流,组织出科考试;利用网络交流工具开展专业技能考核,能极大提高实习管理效率,强化实习指导和监管,提高毕业实习质量,同时还能提高校内课程教学改革的针对性。

Due to the blind spot in school management during the internship practice of clinical medicine major,this article aims to examine the application of“rain classroom”and Internet media communication software.By using the teaching software such as“rain classroom”and Internet media communication software for internship teaching management,students in various clinical departments could be assigned to the corresponding teaching classes for internship.Every internship instructor on campus could use the“rain classroom”to guide students to practice in examinations of various subjects,organize discussion of case analysis and internship meeting.Meanwhile,in the end of internship,instructors also could arrange internship qualification examination through the teaching software.All in all,the use of network communication tools to carry out professional skill assessment has greatly improved the efficiency of internship management,strengthened internship guidance and supervision,improved the quality of graduation internship and improved the pertinence of curriculum teaching reform at colleges.
