摘要 浙江省农科院蚕桑研究所利用雌蚕无性克隆系与平衡致死系杂交育成了新型雄蚕新品种,是雄蚕平衡致死和雌蚕无性克隆两项性别控制创新技术的融合。通过对近四年来“秋华×平30”、“雌35×平28”、“雌29×平30”三对雄蚕种的原种繁育,比较克蚁收茧量、健蛹率、制种量等指标,发现其繁育上的优缺点,通过进一步的选育和优化,以及繁育单位对原种性状的了解,性状表现向好趋势明显。 The silkworm Research Institute of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences has developed a new maleonly silkworm variety by crossing the female clone and the balanced lethal line,which is the integration of the two innovative technologies of gender control,i.e.the balanced lethal technology and the clonal technology of female silkworm.In the past four years,the parent eggs of three pairs of male-only silkworm varietites:"Qiuhua×Ping 30","female 35×Ping 28"and"female 29×Ping 30"were multiplied,and the indexes such as cocoon yield per gram of eggs,pupa rate and seed production were compared.It was found that there were advantages and disadvantages in the egg multiplication of these varieties.However,through continuous selection and optimization,and technically familiar with the nature of new breeds,their egg productivity showed gradual improvement.
