摘要
两广二号一代杂交种实验室小蚕人工饲料育与桑叶育对比试验表明:全龄发育经过(正反交)延长2 d 21.5 h;24 h后疏毛率正交、反交分别低0.74、1.44个百分点;幼虫生命率、良蛹率、虫蛹生命率正交比对照区分别低7.52、0.87、7.34个百分点,反交比对照区分别低5.24、0.67、5.87个百分点;全茧量、茧层量和200头蚕产茧量正交比对照区分别低0.11 g、0.02 g和49.67 g,反交对照区分别低0.11 g、0.03 g、27.67 g。建议通过人工饲料适应性选育后再在生产上应用。
The comparison experiment on feeding artificial diet and mulberry leaves to the first generation hybrid of Liangguang No.2 in the laboratory showed that:the development of the larval stage was prolonged for 2 d 21.5 h;setae dispersion rate after 24 h was 0.74 and 1.44 percentage points lower in the reciprocal cross respectively;the survival rate of larvae,healthy pupa rate and larval-pupa rate were 7.52,0.87 and 7.34 percentage points lower than that of the control respectively,and 5.24,0.67,5.87 percentage points lower than that of the control in the reciprocal cross respectively;cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon yield of 200 silkworm larvae were 0.11 g,0.02 g and 49.67 g lower than the control in the cross respectively,and 0.11 g,0.03 g and 27.67 g lower than the control in the reciprocal cross respectively.It was suggested that the adaptive selection on artificial diet should be carried out before used in practical production.
