一种pH分析仪探头自动定时冲洗装置的应用

Application of Automatic Timing Flushing Device for pH Analyzer Probe

废水中和工序中需将溶液控制在特定的酸碱度,但添加的Ca(OH)2和反应后的CaSO4容易附着在pH分析仪探头上影响检测结果。使用设计的pH分析仪探头自动定时冲洗装置可实现对pH分析仪探头的自动定时冲洗,减少因附着物的存在而导致的检测偏差,大幅减少工艺维护人员的维护时间及人工成本,同时延长pH分析仪探头的使用寿命。本文简述该装置设计方案,介绍其工作原理。

The solution needs to be controlled at a specific pH value in the wastewater neutralization process,but the added Ca(OH)2 and the reacted CaSO4 are easy to attach to the pH analyzer probe and affect the test results.The application of the designed automatic timing flushing device can realize automatic timing flushing of pH analyzer probe,reduce the detection deviation caused by the presence of attachments,greatly shorten the maintenance time and labor cost of process maintenance personnel,and extend the service life of pH analyzer probe.This paper describes the design scheme of the device and its working principles.
